Priceline Skincare Haul

As I’m sure a lot of my fellow Australian beauty lovers are aware, from 22nd June – 4th July 2017, Priceline are holding a promotion where if you spend $69 or more, you receive a free skin care gift bag worth $255, filled with goodies.

Now while I did go back and forth on whether I was actually going to purchase one, I just can’t turn down a great deal. So, on Monday I popped into one of my local Priceline stores and got one for myself.I’m going to spilt this into two posts – this one (part 1) will be where I haul the products I bought in order to receive the bag, and in tomorrow’s post (part 2) I will go through what is actually in the gift bag.

So let’s get into what I purchased…

This time it was a mix of stocking up on products that I already know and love, as well as purchasing some things that I haven’t tried before.

First up I went straight for the Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips. I’m getting low on these so getting some more was a must. I seriously think I may be addicted to these, peeling them off is just so satisfying!

I also could not leave without some Sukin Rose Hip Oil, as I ran out of it just a few days ago. Rose hip oil has become very popular over the last few years, and for good reason. It’s so hydrating and using it has made my skin look and feel so much healthier.

I thought I would stock up on my everyday cleanser. It’s the Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing + Makeup Removerand it’s my favourite one that I’ve found so far (maybe that will change once I try some of the cleansers in the goodie bag, who knows?). It has makeup removal properties so I can ensure that every last trace of makeup is gone at the end of the day.

I wanted to try some new products from Sukin, so I thought why not try some of their face masks?  I picked up their Multi-Masking kit, which contains an oil balancing + charcoal anti-pollution facial masque plus their hydrating facial masque, both in 50mL tubs.

I’ve noticed that my skin has gotten a lot drier lately, and I wanted to see if a new body wash would help the problem. So I picked up another product from Sukin, their Soap Free Body Wash, which is marketed toward sensitive skin. It is soap free, so hopefully this will be less drying on my skin.

While I was there, I thought I would try some products from Nivea. I haven’t used their products in ages, and I’ve want try some more out. I went for their Regenerating Night Cream, to give my skin some more moisture during the dry winter months.

I’ve never used a sheet face mask before, and I’ve wanted to try them for the longest time. I picked up the Skin Republic Bubble Purifying + Charcoal Face Mask Sheet, and the Garnier Hydra Bomb Tissue Mask, both of which I can’t wait to use.

While I was looking at the Garnier display, I also grabbed their Micellar Cleansing Wipes. I’m a massive fan of their Micellar Water, so I thought I’d see what the wipes are like. I love using wipes on those days where I’m so lazy I don’t want to remove my makeup, although I try not to do it too often.

So there are all the skincare products I bought at Priceline! Hope you enjoyed!

If you want to see what is in the gift bag, make sure to keep a look out for tomorrow’s blog post.
