MAC Lipstick Wishlist

Can one ever be satisfied with the amount of lipstick they own? I think not. There will always be a lipstick out there that I lust after – it’s just a fact I must accept.

Some of my favourite lipsticks come from MAC Cosmetics. In my opinion, they’re iconic. The packaging, the smell, the shade range, the finishes. Nothing compares to a MAC lipstick. I currently own 3 MAC lipsticks, all of which are very dearly loved pieces in my relatively extensive collection of lipstick (and makeup in general). Despite this, there are still some shades that I would love to own, so here I bring you my MAC lipstick wishlist! (photos taken from MAC website)

MY MAC LIPSTICK WISHLIST:

Ruby Woo

One of MAC’s most well known lipsticks. I’m a sucker for a red lip and this matte red shade would slot into my collection perfectly.

Velvet Teddy

Quite possibly the most sought after nude lipstick of all time (thanks Kylie Jenner!). Not gonna lie, the main reason I’d like to try this one out is to see if it lives up to the hype.

Patisserie

Another nude that looks right up my alley. This one is a lustre finish, less intense than the matte finish Velvet Teddy offers.

See Sheer

See Sheer looks to provide a soft coral/pink wash of colour, perfect for sprucing up an everyday makeup look.

Crosswires

There’s something about this shade that captures my attention. I think it’s due to my slight obsession with coral/orange toned lip colours this summer.

That concludes my current wishlist of MAC lipsticks! Hopefully at some point during the year I can get my hands on at least one of these, but for now looking at swatches online and writing up this blog post will have to do.

What’s your favourite MAC lipstick?
