Welcome to my very first empties post! Rather than doing a monthly favourites post at the end of this month, I thought I would share my thoughts on the accumulated bunch of products I have used up recently. This month has been all about using up skincare products – no makeup this time. Let’s get into the products!
Garnier Micellar Water
This is my go-to makeup remover and has been for a very long time. It’s affordable, gentle on the skin, and most importantly – gets the job done. I honestly cannot fault it.
Would I repurchase? Yes! Already have.
Lucas Paw Paw Ointment
My miracle saviour product! This stuff is magic in my books. In my experience, if I apply it to chapped lips before bed, in conjunction with gently exfoliating them, it works overnight and I wake up with soft smooth lips!
Would I repurchase? Already have!
Sukin Rosehip Oil
Another favourite of mine. This last bottle actually lasted quite a long time, so that is a fantastic plus. I find if I go a couple of days without using this oil, I can really tell the difference in my skin – it just looks duller, to put it simply. I cannot live without it – my number one skincare item.
Would I repurchase? Absolutely!
Lush Shower Jelly
I received this as a gift, in addition to some other Lush products, quite some time ago. The last time I used a shower jelly before this was years ago, so it was lovely to use it again. The lemon scent is fresh and strong, yet not overpowering and helped me feel more awake in the morning.
Would I repurchase? Probably, but not in a hurry, and I might try a different scent next time, just for a change.
Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner
This conditioner promises softer, shinier hair in only 3 minutes. I won’t lie, my hair does feel lovely after using this product, however, I feel like I can achieve similar results with many other conditioners. Not a bad product by any means, just one that doesn’t stand out massively from others.
Would I repurchase? If it was on sale at the supermarket and I was out of conditioner, I’d probably pick it up, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to use it again.
That concludes all the products I’ve used up lately! Do you spot any favourites of yours?
