In today’s blog post I’m going to share one of my recent morning obsessions – the easiest green smoothie you’ll ever make!
What I love about smoothies is the fact that they are so adaptable to individual tastes. Lately, I’ve been having this smoothie for breakfast almost every day because it’s quick, easy and it’s delicious!
Green Smoothie Recipe
What you’ll need
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of leafy greens of your choosing (I used spinach)
- 1 – 2 handfuls of frozen mango
- A sprinkle of chia seeds
- A splash of water
Once blended, you’ll be left with a delicious bright green smoothie! This is my favourite smoothie combination right now, and one I have whenever I make a smoothie. This recipe can be altered according to your personal taste e.g. milk instead of water, adding avocado to make it creamier.
